- All peoples of the world are created different by God. We value and cherish the natural diversity of the globe, its flora and fauna. No less valuable is the divine diversity of our civilizational community: social, cultural, political. As history shows, it is impossible to force a single template of development on all peoples, nor is there any need for this. We proclaim the sovereign right of each people to independently choose its own course, without imposing it on anyone and interacting with others on the ecosystemic principles of mutual interest and spravedlivost.

We recognize as a religious and scientific fact that the world is one and whole, has a single centre of assembly — God, the Creator and All-Holder, called differently by each of the peoples of the Earth. Sozidaniye, as a process of maintaining and developing divine diversity on Earth, is capable of restoring nravious harmony between peoples, ecological and purpose-oriented cooperation of states and social movements.

We proclaim «Unity in harmony of diversity» as a formula for ensuring civilizational unity, transferring the peoples of the world from the objectives of victory in wars to the objectives of victory over wars. In order for this formula to work in practice, we, representing different worldview directions in society, agree to follow the general ethics of mutual understanding and cooperation set out in the given Manifesto.

Being in a single Noosphere with representatives of different traditions and schools of thought, we strive to organize sobornal interaction. We are open to learning new things, it is more important for us to hear and understand others than to convince them of the truthfulness of our understanding. Only on this path do we see the prospect of auto-synchronization of nravious social processes in the stream of the Bogoderzhaviye.

We realize that contradictions and serious differences of position arise primarily due to the fact that many things are not included in the circle of concepts of one of the parties or are interpreted differently. Agreeing on concepts is the basis for resolving many disagreements. However, we understand that differences in some aspects of knowledge will inevitably remain, due to the initial divine diversity at the level of man, nature, and society.

The greatest danger in collegial work is the manifestation of negative emotions during disagreements, the switching of emotions from the idea to the person. Unconsciously, we are configured to ensure that others agree with what we consider correct or even sacred. We show respect for each other’s beliefs, including those who do not share our beliefs.

The main thing that unites us is the ability to recognize a single conceptional basis, using objective methods of deduction (point 5) and logic. In other words, we agree that semantic energy of Sozidaniye is universal and comes from the Creator. Therefore, we do not express our opinions and assumptions on the questions under discussion, but we express objective arguments with the objective of achieving contact with the Truth together.

We do not make a joint decision if someone has reasonable doubts about it, or, even more so, if we do not intend to implement it. Ideally, we make decisions in which we feel the Higher Will, we feel inspired, but there may be technical, non-fundamental decisions when consensus is not required.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 09.11.2022 no. 809 «On approval of the fundamentals of state policy for the preservation and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual-nravious values», the social-economic policy and strategy of the state should be focused on cultivating the personal qualities of the citizen. The spiritual-nravious qualities of citizens become the main asset of society, ensuring its stable and effective development in various spheres.

The social prospect is the harmony of stability and variability in development. The state is responsible for stability, and social initiative is primarily responsible for variability. To ensure the spiritual-nravious development of citizens, it is necessary to establish a balance between state centralization of governance and the development of civil society, its ability to self-organize, and horizontal cooperation. This is a necessary environment for the development of awareness and traditional moral-nravious qualities of citizens.

Orientation on Western values and principles of social organization, centred on obtaining financial profit, contradicts the civilizational code of Russia and leads to the destruction of her spiritual and cultural identity: the fundamental division of society by property and status into «lower classes» and «upper classes» leads to alienation in society, increases the infantilism of the population, and deprives the authorities of the people’s trust;
megalopolis urbanization, life outside natural fields lowers the genetic health of the population and the birth rate, violates the unity of the people due to disproportions in the territorial development of the country, in financial capabilities of different regions, the threat is created of the living population of large areas of the country being wiped out;
focus on profit, on the financial and speculative sector creates in the working person a feeling of uncertainty about the future, is the root cause of the demographic collapse, lies at the basis of the decline in the birth rate.
In order to achieve a balanced social structure that ensures the possibilities of spiritual-nravious development of the population of Russia, we support the organization in the country of a system of horizontal Sozidaniye cooperation, a socially ecological system of Sozidaniye based on modern digital technologies.
